Spirit Strings was founded in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington by two Sport Moms who wanted team jewelry but could never find exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to show our spirit and support by wearing jewelry that was specific to our children’s team and sport. So we started designing team jewelry that was customized with team colors, mascots and our children’s player numbers! We found that many other Moms, Grandmothers, Players, and Fans also wanted our unique jewelry items. Word traveled fast and now Spirit Strings is offering our product line to schools, teams, leagues, organizations, activities and clubs. Spirit Strings has recently expanded to offering exciting fundraising options. We are dedicated to bringing nicely affordable, unique, quality products that you have never seen before.

~ Charms ~
Silver Plated: Our silver charms are made of lead free pewter. They are sterling plated then lightly antiqued and this plating process causes them to show extraordinary details. The finish is beautiful and permanent. The size of our charms vary slightly but they are considered to be standard charm size approx. ½” – ¾” unless marked otherwise.
Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver charms are all .925 sterling silver.
Pewter: Most of our pewter charms are “lead free”, but if some are not completely lead free we have been reassured by our vendors that our products are entirely safe to both wear and work with .

~ Necklaces ~
Silver Plated: Most of our necklaces are solid brass, plated with a lacquer finish to give them an elegant and permanent finish & lead free.
Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver chains are .925 Sterling Silver.

~ Bracelets ~
Chain Bracelets: Most of our bracelets are made of lead free metal, silver plated, and lacquer finished.
Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver bracelets are .925 Sterling Silver.
Beaded Bracelets: All of our beaded bracelets are made of high quality components, glass beads, crystal cut glass beads, quality metal and pewter beads and clasps. There are no plastic components.

~ Earrings ~
Ear Wires & Posts: Our ear wires are quality metal, silver plated or surgical steel and .925 sterling silver. If you have reaction problems to metals please let us know and we will be sure to use surgical steel, or sterling silver wires.

~ Pins ~
Spirit Strings Pins are lead free or lead safe.

Unless labeled as "lead free" all glass crystal (leaded), most cast metal items, and shiny ceramic glazes contain small amounts of lead. Even metal items not produced with lead may contain trace amounts high enough to fall under California's Proposition 65 lead warning. We have been reassured by our vendors that our products are entirely safe to both wear and work with.

ORDERING: Orders are placed with our on-line shopping cart and checkout is completed using PayPal payment processing.

PAYMENT: Payments are made via PayPal unless other arrangements have been setup.

RETURN POLICY: If an item is defective or if we have made a mistake we will always gladly accept your return within 60 days of the ship date. Please contact us for return authorization and procedures.

Please be advised that we are customizing your item/s to your specifications. We strive to ship in-stock items within 2 business days. Orders with customized items : approximately 2 – 3 weeks.

Delivery on quantity orders will be determined at the time of order.

We ship individual items by 1st Class USPS, Priority, or Express Mail. Shipping charges will be calculated at time of order. Our shipping rates are very, very reasonable. The shipping rate will be based on the lowest USPS rates.
